I work with children, adolescents, and families.

I graduated in Clinical and Health Psychology from the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. I supplemented this knowledge with postgraduate and additional studies, as well as ongoing professional development. I am a certified crisis coach and confidently call myself a psychologist by vocation.

In my private clinical practice, I provide psychological counseling, offering consultations for adults, children, adolescents, and their parents. I work with children with ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and autism, with a particular emphasis on issues related to family dynamics, even in the context of breakups. I gained my initial experience at a private healthcare facility – the Synapsis Mental Health and Family Problems Center – and the SWPS Academic Psychotherapy Center. My career also includes work at a medical center, a rehabilitation center, the Ministry of Interior and Administration Hospital, and the District Court. I also conduct workshops for young people and provide mental rehabilitation for people over 60.

I have completed numerous courses, such as Social Skills Training and Psychological and Pedagogical Support in Preschools, Schools, and Institutions. I have also participated in training in interpersonal communication, personal development, and early detection of mental disorders, which significantly enriched my professional competence.

My research interests include developmental psychology, personality disorders, and depression. I specialize in mood disorders, psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders (with particular emphasis on Cluster B), as well as depression, anxiety disorders, chronic stress, emotional crises, single parenthood, and family breakdown.

I place great importance on the quality of my work, undergo regular supervision, and always adhere to the Psychologist’s Code of Professional Ethics. In my private life, I am a happy mother of three children, passionate about horse riding, and look to the future with hope. My life motto is: „You have one life.”
